Cheat- Sheets Artist Guidelines

All artist are required to be courtesy and respectful of each other. As there are many genres of music and entertainment, artist originate from all around the world and express themselves differently. It is the goal for Cheat - Sheets to be a safe venue for freedom of artistic expression for every gender, nationality, religious and race. Have fun, be creative and make better music and entertainment by collaborating with one another.
Intellectual Property
Cheat - Sheets host artist who create original concepts, songs, musical and entertainment collaborations. Because of this, artist are required to own their original content when posting or collaborating on Cheat - Sheets and it is prohibited to infringe on others artist intellectual property.
Bullying and Harassment
Bullying or harassment on Cheat - Sheets will not be allowed as it is a "bullying free zone." As this musical and entertainment platform is free from bullying and harassment, artist are encouraged to heighten their musical productions in a safe, creative and free manner.
Hate Speech
Cheat – Sheets is where the collaboration of artist connecting themselves at one place and at one time all round the world take place. Cheat-Sheets incubuses a large, diverse group of artists. With this, "hate speech" will never be tolerated. Hate speech such as violent verbiage, exclusion of others, or segregation of any kind is never allowed. This includes serious attacks on people based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability or serious medical conditions.
Adult Content
Artist are prohibited from using any materials that promote sexuality or graphic violence. We also require that all collaborations, musical and entertainment creations be for all audience.
People Who Can’t Use Cheat - Sheets
Because Cheat – Sheets can also empower artist financially, we restrict both the types of media and projects that can be funded on Cheat - Sheets, and also which people can and cannot receive funds through Cheat - Sheets. After creating a Cheat - Sheet, any artist caught in the act or convicted of making credible violent threats, committing violent crimes, malicious doxing, coordinating nonviolent harm (such as fraud, money laundering and gambling), or encouraging others to do any of these activities may be banned from using Cheat - Sheets.
Harmful and Illegal Activities
Never will we allow monies through purchase or sell to be collected for dangerous or illegal materials or activities. Artist are encouraged to avoid speaking, announcing, or displaying self - injurious harm on other people including animals. Further, the promotion of illegal activities such as property crime, distribution of illegal weapons, or drug manufacturing.
Spam
Artist collaborations can be tedious at time but, artists should not be continuously spammed. So, stick to being creative, don’t post repetitive comments or send unsolicited private messages to other artist on a regular basis.
Doxing
Doxing is an activity Cheat - Sheets is strongly against and we will take action. Doxing is when one shares another artist’s private information or attack their public information to methodically intimidate them or harass.
How These Guidelines Are Enforced
As artist create different forms and content of music and other forms of entertainment and collaborate around the world on Cheat - Sheets, there may be times when you do not agree with someone’s perspective, it may not be against the community guidelines. So we encourage all artists if you view anything that goes in opposition to Cheat -Sheets guidelines, please "report" it. We will carefully review any and all reports and determine if any Guidelines have been broken. We will provide feedback to the artist in violation of the Guidelines.
Cheat Sheets is committed to artist collaborations, freedom of speech and creative expression. We understand how important it is for artists to have a vehicle to work with one another without the restriction of collaborating nationally and internationally. We feel artist should always have a connection to one another at all times and express themselves constructively. With this ability for artists to connect, collaborate and communicate; Cheat- Sheets encourage artists to appropriate their content. In a matter where an artist may break the Guidelines, our first reaction is to correct this action through education and proper guidance. In matters where content is purposeful or intent, there is a great chance we may suspend, remove or even ban their account.
In any situation, artist have the option to appeal their account suspension, removal or ban by contacting us with specific information they feel is relevant to the matter. There is a chance we may not change our decision but, Cheat -Sheets is always open to hear out artist and their perspectives.
Be Safe, Be Respectful, Make Stuff
Cheat - Sheets Community Guidelines are in effect to help develop a heathy space for artist to express, connect and collaborate their talents and skills in the most creative way possible. This platform is about diversity, artistic support, freedom of expression and speech and the ability to do so in collaboration with other artists with the understanding that artists have different perspectives and points of view.
Cheat - Sheets truly believe artists from varying backgrounds, races, ethnicity, cultures and genders can come together under one umbrella and heighten their experiences in a safe, constructive and collaborative fashion. These guidelines help established a framework for all of this to come to live.
Authenticity and Copyright Infringement
Cheat - Sheets is a virtual platform for artists to create original music and other authentic entertainment materials in a collaborative way. This is how Cheat - Sheets works, to completely enable artist to create original musical and other collaborative entertainment materials and disenable our artist from using or imposing on one another’s intellectual property and infringing on their rights.
- You can’t create fake "Cheat -Sheet" or sell collaborative materials for efforts you have not created. Such as creating a "Cheat - Sheet" or pose as a fan in support of an artist for someone else.
- You cannot act as if you are another artist. This is to use another artist name, brand, or content in order to collaborate or generate revenues. We will review satire and comedy objectively due to the nature of the artist form in the entertainment industry.

Bullying, Harassment, Threats
There will be no bullying or harassment allowed on the Cheat - Sheets platform because it is a safe haven for musical and other forms of entertainment creativity. On another note, we want people to be able to express themselves, provide positive feedback and give constructive criticism.
Cheat - Sheets appreciate dialogue about trending topics in social media, musical and entertainment beefs and subjective perspectives regarding celebrities can spark harsh criticism as we believe it is a part of free speech and expression. On the other hand, we will not allow artists to harass one another personally or in any case take it upon themselves to inflict physical harm to one another.
As we encourage freedom of speech and expression, all artists have that right to do so without having to feel harassed or bullied. Cheat - Sheets consider this actions a forms of bullying or harassment.
Bullying and Harassment
Artist are not allowed to threaten or intimidate each other, through your artistry, via any form of commination directly or indirectly. More so, we react to real life encounters more seriously than online encounters when artist make contact to provoke aggression on one another. If it is found that both parties voluntarily instigate physical aggression, we must inject ourselves to deescalate, dissolve and terminate further on going behaviors and involvement on this platform.
Threats:
As artist have creative ways to express their talents through music and other fashions of entertainment, we believe personal perspectives should not threaten or intimidate another artist viewpoint. With this being said, threat of kind are taken with the upmost seriousness and caution. If this type of behavior occurs, where an artist threatens another in a verbal or physical manner, we will remove them from this platform. Threats such as stalking or any suggestion of violence.
If an artist feel they are victim threats, harassment or bullying, we recommend you contact your local authorities and us by reporting this behavior.
Hate Speech
Cheat - Sheets serves as a center point for artist around the world to connect and engage in different musical and entertainment collaborations. Being a hub for musical and entertainment creativity, open speech and expression, we expect many diverse viewpoints from a wide range of artist from different races, cultures and background. Cheat - Sheets welcomes this collaborative merger of artist as it is the primary objective of musical and entertainment synergy. As a result, talk of hate, speech that suggest hate such as verbalization of violence, exclusion, or segregation. This also includes, offensive comments and undertones that target artists based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability or serious medical conditions. As we examine accounts for hate speech, we assess the following:
- Is there any historical or educational value in what an artist is posting? For example, the posting of swastika for purpose of promoting hate or violence is unacceptable. However, to use it as an educational tool to talk about the history Germany would be more appropriate.
- Does an artist content suggest or provoke violence against a protected group of people?
- Is an artist in support of or sponsor any party known to publicly express philosophies of hate speech, discrimination or separatism.
- Does an artist post or communicate racial or negative views of a protected group of people?
This items above may not be completely comprehensive, but we aim to set limitations and speak to any subject that deal along the lines areas of hate speech and action we will take action to terminate and resolve such matters. We do recognize that political statements and hate speech messages have similarities at times. If at any time an artist believe hate speech has been expressed on Cheat - Sheets, please take the time to report it.
Adult Content
All artist are not allowed to post or message Adult Content such as materials containing sexual or graphic violence. If you are flagged for having Adult Content on your "Cheat - Sheet", it may be removed from other artist ability to search you. All artist having a "Cheat - Sheet" posting materials to the open public must be appropriate for all ages and audiences. Otherwise, artist’s "Cheat -Sheets" and content should be marked as a "Cheat - Sheets"- only post.
Under no circumstance should artist post materials, content or information containing sexual violence which includes bestiality, rape, and child exploitation (i.e., sexualized depiction of minors). In addition illustrated, animated, or any other type of content will not be tolerated on this platform. Cheat - Sheets will review and terminate artist accounts if they have above defined Adult Content. Furthermore, post or videos of sex or nude content of any such should never be performed by any artist. Especially of an individual under the age of 18, or even yourself. Cheat - Sheets takes a strong stance against child exploitation and we will work with and participant in investigations if any content is posted in any way concerning this matter.
Demonstrations, posts or videos of "sexual fetishes” are also prohibited on this platform, such as incest, necrophilia, or fetish content hard to differentiate from non-consensual sex.
We understand that some topics on this list such as incest or rape are a little bit more complicated because these situations are, unfortunately, part of real life. As a result, when reviewing this type of content, the Trust and Safety team will take into consideration context including personal, historical or educational narrative. For example, survivor stories or fiction such as Game of Thrones or Lolita are allowed on Cheat - Sheets.
Last but not least, the solicitation of pornographic material or sexual service(s) are never to take place on Cheat - Sheets. This includes but is not limited to artists undertaking in sexual acts such as masturbation or sexual intercourse and posting it in one form or another.
For all artists to stay on the safe side and avoid Adult Content; just mark your "Cheat - Sheet: accordingly. Marking your "Cheat - Sheet" as Adult Content is even more important because we welcome different artist with varying perspectives and belief systems.
People Who Can’t Use Cheat - Sheets
Cheat - Sheets gives artists around the world the opportunity to "collaborate" their musical and entertainment talents, skills and gifts and even sell their efforts to others. Because of this, we restrict how artist can make money on this platform outside the realm of what’s appropriate. We set limits on who should even use this platform at all.
People Who Can't Use Cheat - Sheets
Artist who create a "Cheat - Sheets", who engage verbal threats, doing crime of any sort, child abuse, malicious doxing, and other acts of crime such as fraud, money laundering and gambling, or promoting others to do so, accounts will be terminated and removed..
Dangerous Organizations
Artists with criminal history and/or associated with or dangerous groups (terrorist or cyber terrorist organizations, organized criminal groups, and violent hate groups), are prohibited from receiving monies through Cheat - Sheets under any and all circumstance.
Constructive discussion, statements in musical and entertainment materials may include these above groups but for an artist to glorify or support their activities must never occur in any form on Cheat - Sheets.
Harmful or Dangerous Activity
Artist who sell their collaborative efforts are not allowed to do so for the purposes of engaging in harmful or illegal activities. Artist also cannot post content that encourage, suggest, threatens or views inflicting harm to yourself or other artists or people in general. This includes animals of any kind. Along the same lines, artist should not solicit and support illegal activities like property crime, selling of illegal weapons, or drug selling or purchasing.
Self-harm
Cheat - Sheets forbids the advertisement and promotion of self-injurious behaviors like inflicting harm to yourself, suicide, or eating disorder. This includes but is not limited to self-scarification or a pro-anorexia campaign. We will inform authorities immediately if we feel there is an artist in danger of any form of self - harm behaviors. On the other hand, the support and promotions of educational and awareness content and information of self - harm or self - injurious behaviors is allowed.

Illegal Activity
Cheat - Sheets does not allow artists to generate monies from, promote or advertise illegal activities, or support nor encourage others to do so. This includes but is not limited to illegal weapons, drug manufacturing techniques or distribution, or property crime. Content that promotes vandalism is a clear example of the above.
Dangerous Activities
Artist who post or advertise dangerous stunts or activities should include a disclaimer. This type of activity such also be marked as “Adult Content” if it appears to be generally dangerous to the public.
Spam
We understand that an essential part of being an artist is to collaborate with other artists. To make money by selling artists collaborative efforts and having fans and others purchase these materials is even better but, spam isn’t acceptable. Here are some actions we consider to be spam on Cheat - Sheets:
- It is prohibited to use Cheat - Sheets to release or link to malware or phishing content.
- It is prohibited to post misleading content to sell collaborative materials.
- It is prohibited to comment on other artist's "Cheat - Sheets" promoting your own materials and content.
- It is prohibited to a send an enormous number of unsolicited private messages to other artists.
- It is prohibited for artists to tag other artist in order to generate more traffic to your "Cheat - Sheet" from other artists or their fans.
- It is prohibited to create Bots.
If continues spam occur, we will examine the difference between commercial spam and friendly abuse; one artist spam to another artist's "Cheat - Sheet". If we determine the spam is friendly abuse, that artist "Cheat - Sheet" will first be flagged. If friendly abuse continues repeat, we will be forced to remove that artist "Cheat - Sheet" for this platform. Commercial spam will general be removed. We ask artist to allow their efforts and talents to speak for itself and to not continuously spam other artist or their fans in order to self - promote.
Doxing
This platform is against doxing as it is a form of intimation on other artists that may have different perspectives. We consider doxing a form of assault that can cause trauma and place artist in harm’s way.
A common form of doxing is when an artist personal information is shared with others on the internet. Any information personal to an artist such as telephone number, address, name etc. Personal information is an extensive list but can be defined as very difficult to find.
An artist non-private information shared is also a form of doxing. Such as an artist profile picture associated with their real name, other social media accounts, and their residential location.
Any form of doxing no matter why this action was executed will result in an immediate removal and termination of an artist "Cheat - Sheet".
